Instagram profile syncronization

We allow all users with a professional profile to set up (link) their Instagram profile to the appropriate profile on the MusicMonarchy -s profile page. The process is simple, secure and fast. Once linked, any public images posted to the linked Instagram profile will also be displayed on your MusicMonarchy profile. Instagram functionality related to Instagram images and videos displayed on MusicMonarchy is limited, please navigate to Instagram to access and use them. By linking your Instagram and MusicMonarchy profiles, we save you time and energy, and your followers and inquirers can be instantly informed about all the important images and videos through your MusicMonarchy profile.

Data, data storage

During the linking process, you will need to log in to your Instagram account
Once you have linked your Instagram and MusicMonarchy profiles, we will not use, store, modify, transmit or make available to any third party any data relating to you and your profile stored by Instagram,
- be it either:
  - Profile information
  - Login information
  - Analytical / statistical data
  - Payment details
  - and any data collected about you by Instagram or its affiliates with your consent
- except for Instagram-related data:
  - Images and related thumbnails
  - Videos and related thumbnails

If the connection is not established or you receive any error messages, please let us know
- When submitting your report, please do not provide us with any login information
Only sign in with an account that you own, or with an account that the owner has given permission to act on their behalf
Create a connection
- Either navigate to your profile Pictures and Videos
  - Click the Connect Instagram button within the Instagram Connection section
  - The next authentication steps are provided by the Instagram system
    - Select the user you want or log in with the username you want to use to create an active connection
    - You may also need to sign in for the user you want
      - We do not store any personal information during the authentication process
    - In the next step, you can check the permissions
      - To access images and videos in this profile, select or leave "Profile Information (required)" and "Media (optional)" checked
    - If you have reviewed and agree to the terms, click the enable button and we will navigate you back to your profile.
  - Or you can make the same settings in your Profile Settings Social Channel Sync settings
  - By logging in, you agree that we will automatically renew your token until you log out. This does not entail any obligation. This is so that you don't have to create your settings each time. We also help to provide you with the most efficient user experience possible with as little effort as possible.
    - With the help of the token, we will not store any data about you. This will allow Instagram to verify that the connection has been established between the profiles

On the MusicMonarchy page, navigate to your Profile Settings Social Channel Sync Pictures Instagram settings, where you can see the name of the connected Instagram profile

Instagram images and videos in MusicMonarchy

To access these features, please navigate to Instagram, which you can easily do by clicking on the Instagram logo at the bottom of the list.
Pictures and videos uploaded to a linked Instagram profile will automatically appear in the relevant interface of MusicMonarchy (Profile page Pictures and Videos Instagram)
In what cases linked Instagram images not appear on MusicMonarchy?
- Your Instagram account
- Gone / Deleted
- Suspended
- Content revoked
- Etc.
In this case, please visit Instagram and / or check your email account, if there is anything wrong with that post or posts, please let us know if you have found an error that we would like to fix as soon as possible

Detachment or modification

Disconnect or modify your connected Instagram profile

Disconnection does not affect any of your MusicMonarchy or Instagram content
Disconnect on MusicMonarchy
- Navigate to My Profile Settings Edit Social Channel Sync for Settings
- Under Pictures, in the Instagram Connection section, click Disconnect
Disconnect on Instagram
- Instagram profile Your account Settings Applications and websites On the Active tab, locate the MusicMonarchy entry and click the Remove button
To change the current connection, you must first remove the current connection on both sides and then initiate a new connection from MusicMonarchy.

MusicMonarchy users have the option to notify the owner of another profile if they would like to see images from their Instagram profile on the MusicMonarchy profile page.
Submit your interest
- Navigate to the relevant profile page Photos and Videos Instagram
- Click on teaser requester button
The user will be notified of these interests.
Of course, this does not guarantee that the profile owners will link the two channels.

Obligations

MusicMonarchy's obligations

We will do our best to ensure:
- Your Instagram connection be safe
- Public images and videos you published displayed in the appropriate format
We make no commitment if:
- Your connected channels' images and videos do not appear on the other channel
  - Possible network pause
  - Software error (either on Twitter or on MusicMonarchy)
  - Instagram account has been disabled, cancelled or broken
  - MusicMonarchy profile, account has been disabled
  - Etc.
- In case you find any error, please inform us

MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. Yes. Hotjar respects the Do-Not-Track (DNT) headers in browsers. As a website user browsing websites that have Hotjar installed, you are able to use the Do Not Track setting in your browser to avoid Hotjar tracking any data about your visit.
