Login and Registration Options via Third-Party Providers

Users have the option to log in or register on the MusicMonarchy portal using the following external service providers:

Facebook
Google
Microsoft
Apple

Data Handling and Security

When registering or logging in via any external service provider, we only save the email address required for user identification. We do not request, store, or use any other personal data from these providers.

This procedure is identical to the one used when a user registers directly through the MusicMonarchy registration interface.

We do everything possible to ensure your connection to third-party providers is secure.

However, we do not take responsibility for the services, availability, or operation of these third-party platforms. If you experience any issues that fall outside of our control (e.g., login failure or incorrect data returned), please contact the respective provider directly.

Additional Important Information

Upon your first login with a third-party provider, your MusicMonarchy account will be automatically created using your available email address.
If you log in with Apple, please do not choose to hide your email address, as we won't be able to link your account if you have previously registered with that email address.

Opt-out

It is important for the user to control the data collection related to him/her. We are collecting data by these cookies. Our system contains cookies that can and cannot be set by users. When the user first arrives to our system, we ask the user to choose from these settings. Later, when the user registered to our system, these settings can be found in the account settings section under the dashboard.

Privacy policy

MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

I have enabled the Do-Not-Track setting in my browser. Will this stop Hotjar processing data about me?

Yes. Hotjar respects the Do-Not-Track (DNT) headers in browsers. As a website user browsing websites that have Hotjar installed, you are able to use the Do Not Track setting in your browser to avoid Hotjar tracking any data about your visit.
Do-Not-Track is implemented through your browser, so you’ll need to check if the setting is enabled or disabled within your own browser.
