Connecting your Bandsintown profile

We provide all users with a professional profile the option to connect and synchronize their relevant Bandsintown events to their MusicMonarchy profile. The process is simple, secure, and fast. After connecting and syncing, all public events published on your connected Bandsintown profile will appear on your MusicMonarchy profile and in the event search. Functionality related to Bandsintown events displayed on MusicMonarchy is limited; to access full features, please visit Bandsintown directly. By connecting your Bandsintown and MusicMonarchy profiles, you save time and effort, while your followers and interested users can be immediately informed of your important events via your MusicMonarchy profile.


Data and storage

  • During the connection process, you need to provide the name of your Bandsintown page and the generated AppID.
  • After connecting your Bandsintown and MusicMonarchy profiles:
    • We store only the following data:
      • Your Bandsintown page name
      • Bandsintown AppID
      • Public data of synchronized Bandsintown events
    • We do not modify or forward these stored data to any third party.

Connection

Connecting your Bandsintown profile to MusicMonarchy

  • You can initiate the connection at any time.
  • If the connection fails or you receive an error message, please let us know.
    • Do not provide any login information in your report.
  • Only connect with an account you own, or one where you have permission to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Steps to connect:
    • Go to Profile Settings Sync Social Channel Events Bandsintown section
    • Provide the following information:
      • Bandsintown name
        • You can extract your page name from your browser’s URL bar
        • Navigate to your Bandsintown profile and copy the name after the profile ID up to the first question mark (the string after the question mark may vary)
      • Bandsintown AppID
    • Click Connect
    • If the connection fails, possible reasons:
      • Your account is locked
      • Incorrect data provided (please check and try again)
      • Temporary service outage on Bandsintown — please try again later
    • Once connected, simply start synchronization
    • If an error occurs during synchronization, it may be due to:
      • Incorrect Bandsintown name or AppID
      • Service outage

      If syncing fails, you can re-enter your connection data.

Verify the connection between your Bandsintown and MusicMonarchy profiles

  • In MusicMonarchy, go to Profile Settings Sync Social Channel Events Bandsintown settings to view your connected Bandsintown profile name and AppID.

Event display

Display of your Bandsintown events

  • Your Bandsintown events on MusicMonarchy:
    • Display locations:
      • Profile Events Event detail
      • Event search Event detail
      • Only publicly shared events are displayed
      • The event detail page includes a link to the corresponding Bandsintown page
        • Direct link to the related TikTok profile
  • Only MusicMonarchy-specific functionality is shown for synced Bandsintown events. For Bandsintown features, please use the direct link to their site.

Modify Bandsintown connection

You can modify your existing connection on the platform

  • Go to Profile Settings Sync Social Channel Events Bandsintown section
  • Click to change the connection — a new connection is created only after successful linking
  • After connection, initiate synchronization
  • Previously synced events will not be deleted during new synchronization — you must manually remove them if needed

Syncing Bandsintown events

Events are not automatically synchronized. You must initiate the sync manually by clicking the sync button after connecting your Bandsintown profile.

  • We strive to ensure that:
    • Your connection to Bandsintown is secure
    • Your public events are displayed properly
  • We are not responsible if:
    • Your connected events do not appear on MusicMonarchy
      • Software error (on either Bandsintown or MusicMonarchy side)
      • Your Bandsintown account was locked, deleted, or hacked
      • Your MusicMonarchy account was banned or disabled
      • Etc.
    • If you notice an error, please notify us
