Twitch profile synchronization

Every user with existing professional profile can connect their relevant Twitch profile with their MusicMonarchy's profile. Process is simple, safe and quick.
After the site connection all public streams, videos and clips on the connected Twitch profile will be displayed on MusicMonarchy's profile as well. Functions that are related to posts on MusicMonarchy are limited, you need to navigate to Twitch in order to reach and use them.
By connecting your Twitch profile with MusicMonarchy, we save time and energy for you, also your followers and friends can hear about your streams, videos and clips through your MusicMonarchy's profile as well.

Data, data storage

  • During the connection process you need to login to your Twitch account
  • After you have connected your Twitch profile with MusicMonarchy, your below data stored on Twitch we will not be used, stored, amended or passed to third person.
    • For example:
      • Profile data
      • Login data
      • Analytical / statistical data
      • Payment info
      • Or any other data collected by Twitch or their companies with your approval
    • Only data that are related to streams, videos and clips will be shown, like:
      • Videos' index image
      • Videos' name

Connection

Your Twitch profile's connection with MusicMonarchy

  • Connection can be done anytime
  • If the connection failed or you receive any error messages, please contact us
    • During your report please do not share any login data with us

  • Connect only with your own account or with an account who's owner gave you permission to connect on behalf of him / her
  • Create connection
    • Navigate to your profile Photos and Videos
      • Click on Connect your Twitch profile section and chose Connect Twitch
      • Following authentication steps are provided by Twitch's system
        • Choose your required user or login with your username which you want to create active connection with
        • It may happen that you need to login to your required user
          • During the authentication process we do not store any personal data
        • In the next step you can check permissions
        • After you looked over and agreed on the terms, please click on Application allowed button and then you will be redirected to your MusicMonarchy profile
    • Or you can do these settings on Profile Settings Social channel synchronization
    • During connection you agree and accept that we automatically renew the token till your disconnection. This does not mean any obligation on you. It is needed so that you should not create your settings each and every time. It helps that we could provide the most effective user experience for you with as little effort as possible.
      • With the help of token we do not need to store any data about you. It helps Twitch to check if the connection has been setup between profiles

  • On MusicMonarchy page navigate to Profile Settings Social channel synchronization Videos Twitch settings, where you can view the name of the connected Twitch profile

      • Only your public videos will be displayed
      • Age limit (changes by countries) video's index picture is appeared, but to view these videos you will be directed to Twitch
        • In order to view these videos you need to meet age limit requirements
    • Data belong to videos
      • Video name

      • Standard player provided by Twitch with basic functions
        • In order to view a chat or to make chats, to subscribe, to follow, to donate navigate to Twitch through the links on player
    • We do not display to Twitch videos
      • Chats
      • Number of views or active viewers

    • Not possible at Twitch videos

      • In order to have access to these functions, please navigate on Twitch that is easy to do if you clink on the title of the running video or on the logo
  • Public videos that are created on you connected Twitch profile will automatically appear on the relevant MusicMonarchy surface (Profile page Photos and Videos Twitch / relevant content menu item)
  • In what cases the connected Twitch posts cannot be displayed on MusicMonarchy?
    • Twitch account
      • Cancelled
      • Became suspended
      • Content revoked
      • Etc.
    • In this case please visit Twitch and / or check your email account.
    • If all is OK with your post there, please let us know as you might have found an error that must be corrected by us as soon as possible

Detachment or modification

Detachment or modification of your connected Twitch profile

  • Detachment has no effect on your content on MusicMonarchy or on Twitch
  • Detachment on MusicMonarchy
    • Navigate to Your profile Settings Edit Social channel synchronization
    • In Videos menu item choose Twitch connection and click on Detachment
  • Detachment on Twitch
    • On Twitch profile navigate Your account Settings Connections Other Connections
      • Here click on MusicMonarchy and then on Disconnect button
    • In order to modify the current connection you need to remove at first the actual connection on both sides and then on MusicMonarchy site you need to initiate the setup of new connection

Teaser requester

Sending teaser requester

  • MusicMonarchy users can indicate to another profile owner if they wish to view their posts of their Twitch profile on MusicMonarchy site.
  • Sending teaser requester
    • Not your own profile page Photos and Videos Twitch
    • Click on teaser requester button
  • User will receive notification about these teaser requesters
  • It does not mean that profile owner will connect the two channels

Obligations

MusicMonarchy's obligations

  • We will do our best to ensure:
    • Your Twitch connection be safe
    • Your public streams, videos and clips be appeared on the right form and on the right channel
  • We make no commitment if:
    • Your connected profile's streams, videos and clips do not appear on MusicMonarchy
      • Possible network pause
      • Software error (either on Twitch, or on MusicMonarchy)
      • Twitch account has been disabled, cancelled or broken
      • MusicMonarchy profile, account has been disabled
      • Etc..
    • In case you find any error, please inform us
