Facebook posts synchronization

Every user with existing professional profile can connect their relevant Facebook profile or page with their MusicMonarchy's profile. Process is simple, safe and quick. After the site connection all public posts on the connected Facebook profile or page will be displayed on MusicMonarchy's profile as well. We also provide the opportunity to create textual public posts through the surface of MusicMonarchy. Functions that are related to posts on MusicMonarchy are limited, you need to navigate to Facebook in order to reach and use them. By connecting your Facebook profile or page with MusicMonarchy, we save time and energy for you, also your followers and friends can hear about your posts through your MusicMonarchy's profile as well.

Data, data storage

  • During the connection process you need to login to your Facebook account and chose your profile or page.
  • After you have connected your Facebook profile or page with MusicMonarchy, your below data stored on Facebook we will not be used, stored, amended or passed to third person.
    • For example:
      • Profile data
      • Login data
      • Analytical / statistical data
      • Payment info
      • Or any other data collected by Facebook or their companies with your approval
    • Only data that are related to posts will be shown, like:
      • Profile name and image and link to your Facebook profile
      • Posts' content
      • Posts' timestamp

Connection

Your Facebook profile's or page's connection with MusicMonarchy

  • Connection can be done anytime
  • If the connection failed or you receive any error messages, please contact us
    • During your report please do not share any login data with us

  • Connect only with your own account or with an account who's owner gave you permission to connect on behalf of him / her
  • Create connection
    • Navigate to your Profile News
      • Click on Facebook connect section and chose Facebook connection
      • Following authentication steps are provided by Facebook's system
        • Choose your required user or login with your username which you want to create active connection with
        • It may happen that you need to login to your required user
        • During the authentication process we do not store any personal data
      • In the next step chose a page belongs to the profile or click on NEXT button and then you will connect your given profile
      • In the next step you can adjust entitlements
        • In order to access your profile or page posts, please set YES on your timeline post settings.
        • After you looked over and agreed on the terms, please click on OK button and you will be redirected to your profile
    • Or you can do these settings on Profile Settings Social channel synchronization
    • During connection you agree and accept that we automatically renew the token till your disconnection. This does not mean any obligation on you. It is needed so that you should not create your settings each and every time. It helps that we could provide the most effective user experience for you with as little effort as possible.
    • With the help of token we do not need to store any data about you. It helps Facebook to check if the connection has been setup between profiles

Connected Facebook profile or page and MusicMonarchy connection checking

  • On MusicMonarchy page navigate to Profile Settings Social channel synchronization News Facebook settings, where you can view the name of the connected Facebook page or profile
  • On Facebook profil or page navigate to Settings and Privacy Settings Business integrations MusicMonarchy settings, where you can find MusicMonarchy in the list if active connection exists

Display of posts and related functions

Functions and display of your Facebook posts

  • Creation of Facebook posts on MusicMonarchy
      • Facebook posts can be created by the owner of the connected MusicMonarchy profile
        • Posts can be created on Profile page News Facebook
        • Only the content that was created by you will be shared, we or third party has no right or permission to do it
    • On our surface you can create only simple textual posts at the moment. These posts will have public visibility. If you would like to post especially to your own groups or your friends, please use Facebook's own surface for this
    • By creating a Facebook post on our surface, you cannot add photo, video, emoticon, activity or live video
    • The created posts will automatically appear on your connected Facebook profile or page as well, if publicity is set
    • If you create Facebook posts, the same terms apply to you that you accepted when you connected to Facebook

    • Do not use our surface to break the Terms of Facebook
    • In case you do, your MusicMonarchy profile or account can be suspended or even cancelled

    • Shared posts created by others on your timeline will not be listed

  • In what cases the connected Facebook posts cannot be displayed on MusicMonarchy?
    • Facebook account
      • Cancelled
      • Became suspended
      • Content revoked
      • Etc.
    • In this case please visit Facebook and / or check your email account.
    • If all is OK with your post there, please let us know as you might have found an error that must be corrected by us as soon as possible

Detachment or modification

Detachment or modification of your connected Facebook profile or page

  • Detachment has no any effect on your content on MusicMonarchy or on Facebook
  • Detachment on MusicMonarchy
    • Navigate to Your profile Settings Edit Social channel synchronization
    • In News menu item choose Facebook profile connection and click on Detachment
  • Detachment on Facebook
    • Navigate to Settings and Privacy Settings Business integrations
    • In active menu item search for MusicMonarchy
      • Or choose MusicMonarchy from the list and click on remove
        • Be careful and do not choose other service provider here, unless you intend to
        • Or click on View and modification button and inside the pop-up window scroll down to section Application removal and click on Removal button
  • In order to modify the current connection you need to remove at first the actual connection on both sides and then on MusicMonarchy site you need to initiate the setup of new connection

Teaser requester

Sending teaser requester

  • MusicMonarchy users can indicate to another profile owner if they wish to view their posts of their Facebook profile or page on MusicMonarchy site.
  • Sending teaser requester
    • Not your own profile page News Facebook
    • Click on teaser requester button
  • User will receive notification about these teaser requesters
  • It does not mean that profile owner will connect the two channels

Obligations

MusicMonarchy's obligations

  • We will do our best to ensure
    • Your Facebook connection be safe
    • Your posts be appeared on the right form and on the right channel
      • Either it is a content published on MusicMonarchy that was sent to your Facebook page
      • Or public contents on Facebook that are displayed on your connected MusicMonarchy profile
  • We make no commitment if:
    • Your connected channels' posts do not appear on the other channel
      • Possible network pause
      • Software error (either on Facebook, or on MusicMonarchy)
      • Facebook account has been disabled, cancelled or broken
      • MusicMonarchy profile, account has been disabled
      • Etc..
