Twitter posts synchronization

Every user with existing professional profile can connect their relevant Twitter profile with their MusicMonarchy's profile. Process is simple, safe and quick. After the site connection all public posts on the connected Twitter profile or page will be displayed on MusicMonarchy's profile as well. We also provide the opportunity to create textual public posts through the surface of MusicMonarchy. Functions that are related to posts on MusicMonarchy are limited, you need to navigate to Twitter in order to reach and use them. By connecting your Twitter profile or page with MusicMonarchy, we save time and energy for you, also your followers and friends can hear about your posts through your MusicMonarchy's profile as well.

Data, data storage

  • During the connection process you need to login to your Twitter account and chose your profile or page.
  • After you have connected your Twitter profile or page with MusicMonarchy, your below data stored on Twitter we will not be used, stored, amended, or passed to third person.
    • For example:
      • Profile data
      • Login data
      • Analytical / statistical data
      • Payment info
      • Or any other data collected by Twitter or their companies with your approval
    • Only data that are related to posts will be shown, like:
      • Profile name and image and link to your Twitter profile
      • Posts' content
      • Posts' timestamp

Connection

Your Twitter profile's connection with MusicMonarchy

  • Connection can be done anytime
  • If the connection failed or you receive any error messages, please contact us
    • During your report please do not share any login data with us

  • Connect only with your own account or with an account who's owner gave you permission to connect on behalf of him / her
  • Create connection
    • Navigate to your profile news
      • Click on Twitter connect section and chose Twitter connection
      • Following authentication steps are provided by Twitter's system
        • Choose your required user or login with your username which you want to create active connection with
        • It may happen that you need to login to your required user
        • During the authentication process we do not store any personal data
        • After you looked over and agreed on the terms, please click on Application allowed button, system may work for some seconds in the back and then you will be redirected to your MusicMonarchy profile
    • Or you can do these settings on Profile Settings Social channel synchronization
    • During connection you agree and accept that we automatically renew the token till your disconnection. This does not mean any obligation on you. It is needed so that you should not create your settings each and every time. It helps that we could provide the most effective user experience for you with as little effort as possible.
      • With the help of token we do not need to store any data about you. It helps Twitter to check if the connection has been setup between profiles

Connected Twitter profile and MusicMonarchy connection checking

  • On MusicMonarchy page navigate to Profile Settings Social channel synchronization News Twitter settings, where you can view the name of the connected Twitter page or profile
  • On Twitter profile or page navigate to Settings and privacy Security and account access Apps and Sessions Connected apps, where you can find MusicMonarchy in the list if active connection exists

Display of posts and related functions

Functions and display of your Twitter posts

  • Creation of Twitter posts on MusicMonarchy
    • Twitter posts can be created by the owner of the connected MusicMonarchy profile
      • Posts can be created on Profile page News Twitter
      • Only the content that was created by you will be shared, we or third party has no right or permission to do it
    • On our surface you can create only simple textual posts at the moment. These posts will have "everyone can reply" as default setting. If you would like to create a post for which the "Who can reply" setting is either "People you Follow" or "Only people you mention", please use Twitter 's own surface for this
    • By creating a Twitter post on our surface, you cannot add photo, video, emoticon, gif or survey
    • The created posts will automatically appear on your connected Twitter profile with "Everyone can reply" default setting
    • If you create Twitter posts, the same terms apply to you that you accepted when you connected to Twitter
    • Please read the Twitter Terms carefully and publish posts on our surface accordingly
    • Do not use our surface to break the Terms of Twitter
      • In case you do, your MusicMonarchy profile or account can be suspended or even cancelled

      • In order to have access to these functions, please navigate on Twitter that is easy to do if you clink on the timestamp of the given post or on Twitter logo
  • Posts that are created on you connected Twitter profile will automatically appear on the relevant Musicmonarchy surface (Profile page News Twitter)
  • In what cases the connected Twitter posts cannot be displayed on MusicMonarchy?
    • Twitter account
      • Cancelled
      • Became suspended
      • Content revoked
      • Etc.
    • In this case, please visit Twitter and / or check your email account. If all is OK with your post there, please let us know as you might have found an error that must be corrected by us as soon as possible

Detachment or modification

Detachment or modification of your connected Twitter profile or page

  • Detachment has no any effect on your content on MusicMonarchy or on Twitter
  • Detachment on MusicMonarchy
    • Navigate to Your profile Settings Edit Social channel synchronization
    • In News menu item choose Twitter profile connection and click on Detachment
  • Detachment on Twitter
    • Navigate to Settings and Privacy Security and account access Aps and sessions Connected apps
    • In the list search and click on MusicMonarchy
      • Or choose MusicMonarchy from the list and click on remove
      • By pushing revoke access button you can delete connection
  • In order to modify the current connection, you need to remove at first the actual connection on both sides and then on MusicMonarchy site you need to initiate the setup of new connection

Teaser requester

Sending teaser requester

  • MusicMonarchy users can indicate to another profile owner if they wish to view their posts of their Twitter profile or page on MusicMonarchy site.
  • Sending teaser requester
    • Not your own profile page News Twitter posts
    • Click on teaser requester button
  • User will receive notification about these teaser requesters
  • It does not mean that profile owner will connect the two channels

Obligations

MusicMonarchy's obligations

  • We will do our best to ensure:
    • Your Twitter connection be safe
    • Your posts be appeared on the right form and on the right channel
      • Either it is a content published on MusicMonarchy that was sent to your Twitter page
      • Or public contents on Twitter that are displayed on your connected MusicMonarchy profile
  • We make no commitment if:
    • Your connected channels' posts do not appear on the other channel
      • Possible network pause
      • Software error (either on Twitter or on MusicMonarchy)
      • Twitter account has been disabled, cancelled or broken
      • MusicMonarchy profile, account has been disabled
      • Etc..
    • In case you find any error, please inform us
