User removal of content

Content uploaded to our service by the user can be removed any time by the user. If you do not have all rights related to the content you upload(ed), you must remove that content.

MusicMonarchy content management

MusicMonarchy reserves the right to monitor, control and edit the content, however, we cannot pre-filter, search proactively and we have no obligation to do so.

Content removal by MusicMonarchy

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that any content violates our Terms of Use or may cause harm to MusicMonarchy, users of our service, or third parties, we may remove or deactivate some or all of that content.

MusicMonarchy will endeavor (without obligation) to notify you of any violation of the related content and will allow you time to correct the content, except

if you violate any law or regulation, you may be at risk of making MusicMonarchy liable, or
prevent an investigation, or
prevent the integrity or operation of the service, or
would harm any user, third party, or MusicMonarchy.

If any user has violated any law, regulation, or third party right, we may, at the request of the competent authorities, release information that identifies or facilitates the identification of the infringing user.

We make our decisions considering whether to find a content violation.

We do not undertake any obligation to remove or deny access to content that has been reported or detected. However, if a user has violated a Critical Agreement, we will take immediate action after obtaining the information.

Opt-out

It is important for the user to control the data collection related to him/her. We are collecting data by these cookies. Our system contains cookies that can and cannot be set by users. When the user first arrives to our system, we ask the user to choose from these settings. MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
