Content MusicMonarchy's content responsibility Content modification

The user is responsible for all content published by the user, including all content provided through external service provider links (Facebook posts, Twitter posts).

The user must not inaccurately mark content or encourage other users to do so.

MusicMonarchy is not responsible for any user content, and we do not endorse any user reviews. MusicMonarchy is considered an Internet Service Provider only and cannot be held responsible for any content posted by users on the site that MusicMonarchy cannot continuously monitor. However, we do provide users with the opportunity to submit reports, which we investigate within a reasonable period of time.

Be careful about the content you share on MusicMonarchy. Any content that you post publicly on our interface may be used and / or redistributed by any other user without our knowledge. MusicMonarchy is not responsible for the content you share or for your choices or activities.

YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST MUSICMONARCHY FOR ANY USER CONTENT YOU POST, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MUSICMONARCHY FROM ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS) INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE CLAIM.

MusicMonarchy's content responsibility

The registered user of MusicMonarchy agrees that MusicMonarchy will take all reasonable technical measures to ensure that the content published on MusicMonarchy (except for third party content) is available in a secure and inviolable condition. The MusicMonarchy User represents that when using the MusicMonarchy Service, it does not violate the terms and conditions set forth by MusicMonarchy and does not circumvent MusicMonarchy's security and technical measures in any way.

The user may not modify the content in a misleading manner.

Opt-out

It is important for the user to control the data collection related to him/her. We are collecting data by these cookies. Our system contains cookies that can and cannot be set by users. When the user first arrives to our system, we ask the user to choose from these settings. MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
