Unauthorized user data access

If you believe that your username and / or password has been stolen, lost, or given unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us as soon as possible and / or change your password as soon as possible.

Under no circumstances will MusicMonarchy ask the user to send their login details through any channel (email, SMS, messaging services, mail, etc.). If a user experience similar suspicious activity, please let us know that someone may be trying to access your personal information illegally or in a deceptive manner. This does not include user registration, login, own account data modification within the framework of the service, which is performed on the interface and sent to the user by our system.

The User's private, personal data may only be accessed by the User, unless MusicMonarchy is required to disclose certain Data through an investigation upon official request.

User makes every effort to protect her username and password

The user agrees to keep the email address and password registered in MusicMonarchy secure and confidential and will not disclose them to anyone else. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the use of these, and MusicMonarchy and its partners, affiliates and rights holders are not liable for any consequences of misuse of the user by third parties.

External Service Provider Logins

We will not store any usernames or passwords you provide when logging in via external affiliates. If you are unable to log in to these interfaces, please visit the website of the respective service provider and be aware of the related tasks specified there.

Opt-out

It is important for the user to control the data collection related to him/her. We are collecting data by these cookies. Our system contains cookies that can and cannot be set by users. MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
