As part of the service, the account owner can create profiles. In case of profiles, you can upload images, texts, files, initiate content connections with external service providers, forms opinions, and gives reviews, which are hereinafter referred to as content. Upon uploading of such content to the Service, the account holder or principal will be worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual (or, in jurisdictions where this is not permitted, for twenty (20) years thereafter), irrevocable , grants MusicMonarchy a fully paid, global license to use (reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, translate) such content for the purpose of operating, promoting and developing the Service on any media, whether alone or in combination with other Content or materials, by any means and in any form, method or technology, whether existing or created in the future. The related person or business is responsible for the content shared on our service. Except for the rights granted in these Terms, all rights and intellectual property rights referring to User Content remain the property of the User.
Reservation of rights
Rights not granted above these terms and conditions remain the rights of MusicMonarchy, meaning that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the data and content you access by using the Service.
Duration of authorization
The permissions granted by the user are valid until the content is removed, except
- if the operation of the service, or
- its authorized use before the content is removed, or
- legal requirements require otherwise.
User data access
The user can request the availability of the content and data related to the account and the profile from us at any time.
Delete content
After deleting the content, the related data will no longer be available to others in our service, however, it may continue to exist in our system. We will review the content designated for deletion to the best of our ability, provided that our terms and conditions and / or applicable rights are not violated, and we will permanently delete the data. If an offense is suspected, until the investigation is completed and onwards,
- for the purpose of proof, or
- for legal purposes,
- possibly to comply with a request from a court or administrative authority, law enforcement or governmental body,
we are forced to keep the data.
Comments and ratings
Comments and ratings will not be deleted after deleting an account or profile and will be licensed to us by the user as a perpetual and irrevocable license.
However, if we believe that this content violates our Terms, we reserve the right to override and remove it.
