Content and activities related to serious violence or incitement are prohibited within and in connection with our service

  • Content (like: description, representation, visual material, video material, audio material, any file),
  • Or any related activities (the list is not complete), whether
    • non-consensual act, violence, coercion, exploitation,
    • revenge, seduction, fraud, threat, deception, extortion,
    • publishing, sharing,
    • promotion, advertising,
    • trade, sale, purchase, exchange, transfer,
    • preparation, production,
    • delivering, distributing,
    • offering, donating, gifting,
    • representation, support,
    • encouraging, recruitment,
    • expression of intent, speaking for them,
    • giving instructions, calling for execution, coordination
    • confession or a statement or declaration concerning their use,
    • or attempting to do so,
  • to any user, account owner, profile or event
  • related items (the list is not complete)
    • a threat that could result in fatal or serious violence, be it for either a person or a location
      • where related content can be a representation of a symbol, weapon, or method that impersonate the target
    • which service or activity related to the murder of others
    • which service or activity related to the abduction of others
    • designed to reveal the belonging of one or more persons to a vulnerable group
    • which has the ultimate purpose of injuring or killing persons and contains related instructions
      • how to make, use, transport a weapon or explosive
      • and any related letter of intent, support, an expressive or conditional statement
    • disclosure of sexual orientation or identity to anyone related to LGBTQI+, unless authorized by that person
    • which puts at risk women depicted without shawls, if the representation is made against their will
    • which rumors are misleading and / or uncontrollable, directly or indirectly increase violence, risk of injury or physical injury
    • which is hidden, implicit threat through a coded statement, where the damage is not clearly stated

User is good to know, that if someone asks for something that is uncomfortable for them, you have the right to say no.

If the user considers, that someone is in danger, notify the authorities or the associated emergency service provider.

Deliberate misleading report

If it turns out that the notifier is deliberately report misleading false data or information, we may disable or even delete all of its content, accounts, profiles, events.

MusicMonarchy tasks

If we become aware of any of the content or activity mentioned above, that are particularly exposed to the risk of actual physical abuse, any threat to public security, which can harm anyone or businesses, then

  • if deemed appropriate, we may notify and involve the authorities in the investigation
  • we block the content, set your account and all related profiles and events to Inactive / Unavailable as long as the investigation or evaluation lasts
  • we reserve the right, to delete all related content, access, accounts, profiles, events

By interpreting and evaluating the context of the related content, we try to classify whether it poses a threat to personal safety and / or public safety.

If any of the above content or activities are related to minors or children, we will notify the relative and, or the authorities, depending on the severity.
