MusicMonarchy does its best to give you as many options as possible for setting up your own data.

In all cases, we provide our users with the opportunity to modify, delete and retrieve the stored data provided by them. For certain data reasons, for security reasons, you must specifically request that we modify the data.

Email notifications

Our users receive system-wide emails sent by MusicMonarchy customer service.
Our service is not in the BETA state of our system email, there is no option to log out and set it up.

Analytics

If you do not want us to collect anonymous analytics data, you can enable / disable it in your account settings. For logged in users:

External connected service providers

We allow our users to link their profiles and terminate their active relationship with external social service providers. The stored data, tasks, conditions, and settings related to the given external service providers can be accessed at the following links:

Content visibility

We allow our users to adjust the visibility of certain content related to their profile, but it is not possible to adjust the visibility of the entire profile. When setting up a specific profile, these can be set by turning on / off the small eye next to the field associated with that content.

We give our users the option to block another profile.

We used a translator engine for this English content. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If you find any incorrect phrase, let us know.

Opt-out

It is important for the user to control the data collection related to him/her. We are collecting data by these cookies. Our system contains cookies that can and cannot be set by users. When the user first arrives to our system, we ask the user to choose from these settings. Later, when the user registered to our system, these settings can be found in the account settings section under the dashboard.

Privacy policy

MusicMonarchy uses Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
